Great experience. Came in for an oil change and sat on a comfy couch in the waiting room with a good book. Oil was changed and I was informed that my battery had tons of stuff on it, and they wanted to clean it up and put new caps or something on it. I asked what the charge would be and the response was "no charge, just wanted to know if you could wait 10 minutes or so while we do it." Great experience. Only thing that would have made it better was if they offered water. Thanks guys, I'll be back.

It's important to me to trust the people who work on my car, and for them to do good work. SRT inspires confidence and trust. And they are just so dang nice.

My hubby works a ton and I have a toddler, so arranging for my car to be repaired needs to be a brief process for me. I've taken my car to several places in Santa Rosa. One is very good, very busy and a little awkward towards me. Yet another, I will never go to again. Just because I don't know a whole lot about cars, doesn't mean I can't smell a rat! I like to be kept in the loop and I want pleasant customer service. I also like my service people to take the time to explain things to me. And here is Where Santa Rosa Transmission has met all my needs. They were SUPER accomodating and a very ecconomical choice for us. My dad recomended them to me, and I won't think twice next time I need repairs, transmission or otherwise. After my experience with SRT, I feel very comfortable dealing with them myself, and confident that they speak to me the same way they would to my husband or my Dad.

I have been in multiple times and each time their price is comparable or lower than other places. I have told everyone I know about them! I am a single women and I feel like I am always being taken advantage of by car repair shops, but not here. My dealership wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to do unnecessary diagnostics but SRT found exactly what was wrong, got me in and out and saved me a ton of money. I won't go anywhere else.
