Santa Rosa Auto Repair

My car wasnt shifting right and it was getting worse.A friend told me I probably had a transmission problem.I took it to a local shop that did a "free diagnosis" and they told me I had a transmission problem and they wanted me to have transmission removed and a rebuild started that day which they told me could be up to $3000. I left and on my way home spotted SRT and decided to get a second opinion.$42 for diagnosis and $295.00 sensor replacement my car shifts normally-No complaints!!!!!!!!!!

My 03 Mercedes Quit suddenly at the most inopportune place and time. I called the AAA auto club and was referred to Santa Rosa Transmission. They had a tow truck to me in no time, put me in another car and had me to my appointment on time. I felt like they were guardian angels honestly! They took care of my every need and had my car running the very next day!!! I thought it was a major problem that was going to cost $$$$ but it was a couple hundred dollars and they made everything so seamless. The dealer should take note....THIS is how you treat a customer. these guys saved me a ton of money. my regular shop told me that i needed my transmission rebuilt. i took it to sam and they f ixed my car for next to nothing and it has been working great ever since. tell all your friendz

These guys are the best hands down! Never been to a shop that was so courteous and professional. They fixed my car right and saved me a BUNCH of money over what I had been quoted elsewhere.

I came to this place on refferal from a co worker who had been coming here for years, now I have been coming for the last 3 years myself. These guys are AWESOME! Always greeted with a friendly smile, work always completed when promised and never any surprises. My first experience with them was a $150 repair on my transmission that another shop in town quoted me $2850 to rebuld (3 years later and transmission still working good thanks to SRT). I send everyone I know tho this place!
