I stopped in, mid-morning, for some information about changing my transmission fluid and filter and was immediately greeted with a smile. The associate gave me the run-down on their typical transmission servicing and was quoted a price. They were able to get my car in right away and I was out of there before noon!I mentioned a separate issue regarding a pesky coolant leak that I had been putting up with for some time and they were even able to check that out while working on my transmission. I was given a couple estimates for the fix and was on my way.I liked that the gentleman wasn't pushy about recommending services I wasn't there for. They were fair, quick to help, and just downright pleasant.

My Eurovan was having transmission troubles. The dealer wanted $8000, but SRT said they'd rebuild it for less than half that. Turns out it was the catalytic converter, and not the tranny, and I got out for under $500. Thanks for the honesty!

They took care of my 90,000 transmission service quickly and professionally.

Sam quickly evaluated the vehicle and found the transmission was perfectly fine but the engine was mis-firing or not firing on 3 cylinders. He isolated the issue to ignition coils, replaced them in a way that makes future repairs easier for the other three coils in case they fail. The issue returned within 24 hours but he quickly brought the car in, found a wire had not been cleaned properly and resolved the issue the next day. Very good service and follow up to the issue.
