I had very high expectations for SRT Car Care and they exceeded every single one! I spoke to Damon at the front desk when I first arrived and despite being New Year’s Eve, he seemed happy to be working. I had initially brought my Jeep in to diagnose a battery light that had persisted even after replacing the old battery. I received a text message that provided an interactive link to the repair page. Listed there are notes between myself and the SRT crew and the detailed service process. I received steady updates on the progress and pictures were taken of the issues that were found. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and I strongly feel that it was money well spent for quality work. Thanks SRT CAR CARE! ❤️

Damon was awesome. Really kept in the loop. Love that they take pictures of things. Was hoping the vibration would go away with new engine mounts and tune up. But it is MICH BETTER and the car feels stronger smoother and safer. Thanks guys !
