Sam Burrage
Founder & President
Sam is ASE Certified with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and belongs to the national organization Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association known as ATRA. Sam stays current on the changing of todays complex vehicles by attending as many auto training seminars as possible. Esparto High School graduate 1990. Esparto California.Sam is a third-generation auto transmission specialist and auto repair mechanic who loves being able to help the residents of Santa Rosa with their car repair and service needs. Sam has been in the business since before he was even able to legally drive an automobile.
Gavin Burrage
Parts Manager
Gavin grew up right here in Sonoma County and has spent his entire life around the automotive business. As our Parts Manager, he uses his firsthand industry knowledge to keep our technicians supplied with the right parts and our customers’ vehicles moving through the shop efficiently. Gavin is a proud 2017 graduate of Windsor High School and a valued member of our family business.

Operations
Alethea works behind the scenes to keep Santa Rosa Transmission & Car Care organized, connected, and moving forward. With more than three decades of experience in business operations, she helps oversee human resources, marketing, team support, community involvement, and the systems that keep the shop running smoothly. Alethea enjoys creating structure, supporting the team, and helping the business grow while staying true to its family-owned values.
