Had my truck towed into the shop on a friday afternoon. I thought I might need a transmission or had serious engine problems. From the moment I called they communicated very well and I felt comfortable with my choice of repair facility. Prepared for the worst, I awaited the call, which came within hours, just as they promised! They diagnosed the vehicle and called me when they said they would, explaining the tests involved and the charges very clearly. I had my truck back by tuesday morning, turned out to be a fairly small repair considering...Great techs! Excellent communication! They are honest and considerate! Would recommend them to friends and family, without hesitation!
