Yhey are friendly,curteous and took my truck in as soon as I got to the shop. Nice comfortable couches available while you wait. Everyhing was explained waht was done in detail and answered any questions I has. It's a great place.

Just like every visit to Santa Rosa Transmission, prompt service, excellent communication, honest service and fair pricing. This doesn't surprise us, as we've been going to SRT for years.

On a trip back from AZ. My '89 Ford Pickup developed alternator problems. Since Sam had been repairing my vehicles for years, I opted to have it towed from Modesto to his shop in Santa Rosa. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in short order. Yes, it is an older truck, but Sam got it running as good as new. I'd recommend his shop to anyone!!!

When you know, you know.SRT did a very good job for me. They found the needle in the haystack, and got it back to me quickly. Mission accomplished.I came over from Sebastopol to have them do it. And I'd recommend you do to-whether you're coming in from Novato, or Ukiah, or Sonoma, it's nice to find a place shop that really specializes on something and gets the job done.

I am a long time customer and continue to be treated like a valuedcustomer. Sam takes that extra stepand won't try to make repairs that I don't need...kudoos...

Had a problem with one of my work trucks and had to get back on the road asap. Called them and took the truck in and got a call with up date that afternoon and had all the problems fixed by mid day the next day. Resanoable rates and great service Thanks !

I really like this place I had a problem with my transmission in my maxima and they were able to pin point problem and get me back on the road right away . The staff was polite and could tell me how long it would take and didn't try and up sell me on things I didn't need I would recomend this place to anyone need a honest place to fix or just service a working transmission also i tried to give them 5 stars and the system only allowed me to give them 4.5 I would rate them as a 5 and no I don't work for them or personally know anyone who works there lol

Sam and his team have been servicing my cars now for about 3 years. I have received top notch service, and they have been great about making sure my preventative maintenance is taken care of. Honest, dependable and on time. These guys are the best!
