I have used Santa Rosa Transmission for my business fleet and personal vehicles for several years now. My top 2 experiences I would like to comment on are; They have rebuilt a transmission on one of my Chevy vans. It was a great experience from attentive customer service provided by the service writer to the quality of the mechanics work. Recently I have had my BMW break down at a stop light. I made one call to Santa Rosa Transmission and they called a tow truck, got me a rental, and had my car fixed and back to me quickly. Paying for auto service is never fun, but I know I am getting quality work at competitive pricing. Customer service is the best! They can work on my foreign & domestic vehicles and handle any problem that arises. It is MY 1 STOP SHOP!!!!

I wss surprised by the high cost of replacing a water pump on my Camry but on reviewing all that was done to accomplish it, I was very pleased with the work.They got me in quickly and finished much quicker than I thought they would. The front desk are very personable, patient, courteous, and helpful. They took time to explain the work and "directed me to their exceptionally clean and customer friendly waiting room." I believe that waiting room is the nicest one I have ever seen or been in since I started automotive experiences in 1948. I hope they can keep it as nice. It is an asset to your business.

When my 1994 Volvo wagon started displaying delayed, hard shifts, I was concerned that it might be the end of my transmission (with nearly 228,000). I've always had my cars with automatic transmissions serviced annually but somehow I unintentionally skipped last year. Sam and crew found and fixed my shifting issue and replaced another part that was leaking fluid. I am breathing a sigh of relief knowing that honest work was performed and my wagon is running like a top! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Santa Rosa Transmission! Thanks guys!

Thank you for diagnosing and repairing the problems with my 2002 BMW yesterday. As your recommendation I also purchased 4 new tires and had the front end aligned. The car runs purrrrrfect. Your service was performed a lot quicker than I had anticipated. Thanks again for a job well done.

Scott explained all repairs to me thoroughly and two different mechanics worked together to diagnose and fix a problem in my van. It's now running perfectly and I highly recommend Santa Rosa Transmission!
