I wish I had found this place 20 yrs ago! From my first phone call to driving my car home....EXCELLENT customer service, I mean the kind you think doesn’t exist anymore. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly while being highly professional. Each member is clearly very trained in all aspects of the business. Not only did I feel listened to, but all my questions were answered and then I was given the most detailed print-out of everything going on with my car. I was never upsold, in fact, I came in expecting to need a tuneup but was given honest advice and was able to put my money toward some preventative maintenance. I left feeling completely relieved and totally taken care of. This has never been my experience while going to a mechanic. I couldn’t recommend higher!
