The SRT staff are friendly, professional, and transparent from start to finish. There are no surprises with charges, and everything is managed from an easy online experience. I recommend SRT to all.

All of the staff and service technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their online service confirmation system is really nice to use, and they provided a lot of customer support and were able to answer any questions I had. All details of the work my car needed were well explained and documented in their online system so I could approve them as needed. And despite the fact the my car needed a lot of repairs at the time they did exactly what I asked of them without pushing for extra fixes. Very satisfied with the customer service and support this auto shop provides. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Santa Rosa area.
