Just about best possible service from Santa Rosa Transmission. From first to last I was very happy with this experience. I live in SF and needed a local shop in Santa Rosa to give me a in-depth inspection of a car before I made the final decision to buy it . This was a major purchase and I needed a shop that I could trust to get it done right, on time and with good communication about the results... I'm 59 and have enough experience with auto repair to know when it's right...this place was all the way right.

During the process of buying a car for our daughter, I took the car to Santa Rosa Transmission for a pre-purchase inspection. Tanya in the office took great care of me and my car was being looked at within minutes of my arrival. Tom, the mechanic, alerted us to a couple of issues that we were able to address with the dealership before purchasing the car. After I left, the owner, Sam, was available to me by phone all the way through the process and gave me invaluable advice during the negotiation. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spot-on with his perceptions of the situation. Sam Burrage and Santa Rosa transmission will have our family's business for years to come!

Always top notch service.....Sam takes care of my old truck just the way I like it. He recently replaced a nearly two year old AC compressor at no charge to me...stating he was covering it under warranty even though it was past time on that because I was such a valued and long standing customer. Sam and his crew are always super nice and willing to take on all problems with my vehicle. That is the way to do business these days with so many choices available.
