I have had trust issues with transmission shops and I was very open with him about it. He took the time to explain everything to me and explored with me my options. when he called me and told me what it was going to cost I didn't say anything at the time, but I was concerned that one of the options he gave me he didn't bring up. I called him a few hours later and he said he forgot that option and said he would go to work on it. He called back a little later and told me what he had found and it was a lot better price than the one he gave me before. He got the car done very quickly and I was able to get my car smogged within an hour and went to the DMV and got my registration sticker within another hour and the car drives like a new car. I am VERY HAPPY with my experience so far and will update if I have any problems. Thank You Sam!
