I took my Chevy Captiva in for the dreaded check engine light. Sam called me 3 times to let me know what his shop was doing, why, and what it would cost. He spent time making sure I understood everything, and never made me feel like I was taking too much time or asking too much. What an absolute delight to pick up my car that afternoon! The bill was what he said it would be, and again, Sam made me feel like I was his most important customer. I will take my car in for any future services, from oil changes to the unknown, because this is a shop I trust implicitly to do it right. No over-charging, excuses, or nonsense. Just good, old-fashioned and much appreciated honest work. Thank you gentlemen. I am so pleased!!!

Every time I have an issue with my cars and I bring them the SRT I am treated with the utmost professionalism . The problems are always fixed in a timely manner and I am always kept in the loop about what is going on with my car. Sam is the best! Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! His staff is friendly and they do great work. He informs you upfront of the costs before performing any work and he keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of when I bring my vehicles to his shop. I highly recommend him for any vehicle repairs...they don't just do transmissions!
