I took my Chevy Captiva in for the dreaded check engine light. Sam called me 3 times to let me know what his shop was doing, why, and what it would cost. He spent time making sure I understood everything, and never made me feel like I was taking too much time or asking too much. What an absolute delight to pick up my car that afternoon! The bill was what he said it would be, and again, Sam made me feel like I was his most important customer. I will take my car in for any future services, from oil changes to the unknown, because this is a shop I trust implicitly to do it right. No over-charging, excuses, or nonsense. Just good, old-fashioned and much appreciated honest work. Thank you gentlemen. I am so pleased!!!
