A great place to have your vehicle repaired. I needed a new transmission & they did a fantastic job. They take photos of the parts that need to be worked on or replaced which made me feel more at ease as to what they were doing. I have highly recommended them to my family & friends. It’s hard to find a good, trustworthy shop these days but SRT is it!!! They also repair other vehicle problems, not just transmissions.

The people were all very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly to chat with. I felt comfortable at every step from setting my appointment to collecting my car because they treated me like I was a valued long time customer. They have a large, opened, airy office and waiting area complete with fresh fruit and hot and cold beverages. I was Ubered (or Lyfted) home promptly after checking in with my car for a completely complimentary fall vehicle inspection to be sure I was ready for winter driving. There was no pressure to schedule needed repairs. Really nice was the emailed review of their findings along with pricing for each individual repair that they recommended and photos showing me what they found!!!! Fantastic experience!!!

Pre purchase inspection

My regular mechanic was on vacation when my wife had a serious transmission shifting problem in our Nissan Frontier. Santa Rosa Transmission was able to get the truck in on Monday, diagnose and repair the issue, and get it back on the road by Tuesday morning. This is one of the most detail oriented shops I've ever seen. Excellent communication through the process.

Damon was very communicative, set expectations well, and had great customer service. They were able to diagnose the problem (my transmission filter dislodged and caused transmission failure) and fix it quickly and affordably for me. They easily could have told me I needed a new transmission and charged me thousands of dollars and I would have never known the difference but the fact that they did a smaller repair which cost a fraction of the cost, I trust them completely. Plus they were kind and got me laughing which is always a good thing! Thanks Damon and SRT, we will be back for any repairs we need moving forward.
