I sent my teenage daughter to Santa Rosa Transmission for a diagnostic. We knew "something" was wrong and I was leary of being taken advantage of. We were given a written estimate of the repairs that were needed. Of course I shopped around and found that the best price was here! Parts were ordered and the repair itself took under an hour. The car is back to running like new. My daughter is happy!

Sam and his crew are really great guys. They helped diagnose a very complicated transfer case issue, and went way above and beyond expectations to make sure it was fixed right. You don't often get this kind of service nowadays, so it makes it easy to recommend them. Looking forward to having them beef up my 48RE tranny so I can add some more oomph!

i own a 1999 chevy tahoe 4x4 with 127000 miles on it and my transmission decided to say goodby ,,, sam and his crew brought my transmission back to life with a complete overhaul in just a few days ,,, they are awesome... i will refer them to everyone ,,, thank sam and your crew ,,,,,

I recently took my 4runner to Santa Rosa Transmission to get a full rebuild of the transmission since it had 180k miles on it and the first gear was exploding out of place. I love my 4runner, and so I did a lot of research to make sure I took it to the write people, and after the research, SRT proved to be the fantastic choice. The service was great! The people were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. I was updated and communicated with effectively and professionally. I called a few times because I had a few questions and they were more than willing to help get the answer i needed as quickly as possible. The thing that stood out the most to me was that when I was initially quoted for the job, I was told (after all of the details) "...and we will do a great job." And when I went to pick up my suv, I could tell that they were proud of the work, and that they were excited to hand the keys over to me so I could enjoy the new transmission. Really thankful and excited to be driving such a great transmission. I highly recommend SRT!!!
