SRT was so awesome!!! From the first phone call Sam was so friendly and informative and he really made me understand exactly what was wrong with my truck. He acessed my truck in about 2 minutes and told me what was wrong with it and it only cost me 150.00 for parts and labor. When I found them online there was a 20.00 off coupon which I used, so I only had to pay 130.00. I would reccomend SRT to anyone and thank you to Sam for the great service.

I was greeted by the owner, who gave me a lift to my business appointment, and picked me up after the work was done. He was thorough and checked everything, even tho it was a simple oil change. We discussed an upcoming timing belt replacement, and he quoted me a price over $1000 less than the dealer quoted! I know several customers of Santa Rosa Transmission, who all love the service. So do I!
