Santa Rosa Transmissions was very polite, respectful, and the service was outstanding. My transmission had a slipping feeling when it was cold, which had gone on for awhile, which got me thinking, "This can't be right, especially since my car is a Toyota Camry." So I remembered that Chuck and Barbara Baker, the owners of A&A Transmissions, which I and my Dad were long-standing customers of, Chuck recommended all of his customtomers to Santa Rosa Transmissions when he was retiring. So I thought I would go to Santa Rosa Transmissions to have my car checked out. Sam, at Santa Rosa Transmissions, told me my car needed a battery. I asked Sam, "How's that so?" He told me that that's what the code on my machine showed. I didn't know if I could believe that at first. Sam said, "Your battery is low, the transmission is electronic, and the transmission has to have enough power to shift properly." So I just simply opened myself up to trust his advice. Boy! I'm glad I did!! Problem solved!!! It could'nt shift any better! So, the man, and everyone who works in the shop, who's affiliated with this man, is genuine, respectful, and honest!! And he checks your whole car out, which I like, which keeps me from having to go to the Toyota Dealer, which would cost me a lot more. Sam, at Santa Rosa Transmission, is my lifetime mechanic now!!! I recommend this Mechanic Shop to anyone! Thank you, Santa Rosa Transmissions and Car Care for everything you've done for me!! See you soon!!!
