I've been getting car and truck services from Sam 20 odd years. He's always been straight up and approachable. Very respectful, old school like you want old school to be: Never pushy, never flinty. Maybe once but that was my fault. I never feel taken advantage of driving out of there. Even if I'm not in for a year or two Sam remembers me and my family. The other service advisors espouse his values admirably, they are direct, generous, professional, welcoming everybody. They check over the whole vehicle and let you know what's up. I think they either do everything or will tell you where to get good service. Nobody asked me to give them a good review.
