Thanks for the great work on my E350 Diesel van. The show of master mechanic to me is to be able to diagnose a problem with a vehicle, this is particularly important with vans where there is so much pre work to take things out. Sam,Tom and the crew down at Santa Rosa transmission are truly masters at this they diagnosed my problem, proceeded ahead with the work and exactly what they diagnosed, is what was wrong. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Transmission.

I can't speak highly enough of Santa Rosa Auto Repair and Transmission. I recently inherited my parents 1977 Winnebago and desperate for transmission service to she could make it over the Sierras to Burningman. I searched the bay area but most shops didn't want to bother. I was about to give up when I found Sam, who didn't hesitate and encouraged me to bring her in. The service was great, he was positive and really cared about making sure I had a great roadtrip to my first burn. She ran great and I couldn't have done it with Sam's positive attitude and quick turn around. A few months later I had a last minute invitation to Palm Springs, which is significantly further and I was nervous about taking her so far out into the desert. I called Sam the morning of the roadtrip and asked if he's just look her over. He told me he'd be happy to do so and to bring her in that morning. When I got there Sam dropped everything, and personally did the evaluation and road test. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks, Sam and the Team for making my new RV experiences happen! I brought in a car that I had purchased via craigslist for my out of town son, who will soon take possession and drive it loaded up to a new home in Phoenix. SRT did a thorough diagnosis, and only found the car needing transmission fluids and oil + filter now. It gives me great peace of mind to get confirmation of my purchase decision.
