Great service, Called and got a same day apptointment, the problem was diagnosed guickly and fixed within 2 hrs.The owner Sam was very nice and professional, I already referred him to a Co-worker who asked if I knew any good mechanics in the area.
This was my first time visiting SRT and Sam and his crew took great care of everything. I was able to drop off my truck easily and Sam thoroughly explained everything they were going to do and the costs associated. As soon as they found the problem, he called over and again explained everything and gave me my options. I felt involved in the process and that everything was explained well. I have my truck back and it's working perfectly. I've found my new go to spot for truck repair and really trust Sam and the crew at Santa Rosa Transmission.
