Everyone at Santa Rosa Transmission is very helpful. They get the job done and are very honest. Only place I go.

I chose Santa Rosa Transmission based on other on-line reviews. Having been in the tire and automotive business myself they were great to work with. They did a great job in the work and one thing important to me is they told be how long it would be and they came in on-time. I will be returning to do business in the future.

This is genuine customer service, not some learned "customer care" affectation. I always drive away feeling happy to know these folks, front office to the gentlemen back in the shop. Where else could I find an auto repair shop that would call me multiple times just to check up on my recent surgery and recovery? Sam's got my car going on 325,000 miles and in his hands I'm shooting for 500,000. The best.

SRT, Sam in particular, gave us very good service. He is helpful and took the time to explain and show me a quick diagram of what the work would entail.
