Excellent Service with Salvador and Gavin!

SRT Car Care has taken WAY better care of my car than any other mechanic! I had an issue for a long time that no other mechanic was able to identify. The are the BEST!

Customer service is awesome Brandon is a professional and helped me out being honest and telling me how they go by there job, I brought my car over to align my headlights and they took great care of me Sam the owner was awesome was upfront and told me what my car needed and got the the job done my headlights are much better I can finally see at night!! I had a wonderful experience with this auto store. Everyone i intereacted with was very kind courtesy and really went to great legnths to make sure i understood the issues going on with my car. Since i am female it is hard for me to follow on somethings going on amongst it. The salesman that handled my car showed me pictures and explained in detail what was going on . I really liked his method in order to do so. The bussiness is very clean and comfortable waiting on your car if you choose to. The big plus is they have a free shuttle service that will bring you home to wait for car to be done and then pick you back up again to pick it up. I did take advantage of this service as well the shuttle driver was very nice courtesy and a good driver i felt 100% safe in his hands . This is how i like to see more auto bussness ran .

Fast, transparent, and effective

I have two homes one in Santa Rosa and the other is in San Clemente. While up here, my Chevrolet Camero experienced clutch problems. SRT took the car in on Monday diagnosed the problem. My situation was I needed to return to San Clements on Thursday. Branden went to work to put the job on priority and as result I was able to get the car back on Wednesday of the same week. Very happy with the job and my appreciation to everyone who handled this rush job. Any future need of SRT services, I know where to go! Many thanks, 3 cheers.

Nice service and friendly

Great customer service! Salvador explained everything that was done to my truck and took pictures of everything that was done or checked on my truck that was very helpful to visually see and comprehend what they are worked on. Overall very satisfied with the work on my truck. Truck is running smoothly and was glad it was not the transmission as other shops had told me I would need to replace it with a new one.

Great service, knowlegable staff, quick work and no pressure to do more than what was needed. I typically don't like taking care of car issues, but I feel comfortable at SRT.

Really grateful for Salvador and the team at SRT! They were available short notice, informative about the work needed, and up front about the costs. I also appreciate their kind and calm demeanor.

Took my 2018 VW Atlas in for a recurring check engine light. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just guessing, confirmed the thermostat was stuck open, and also found a leaking water pump while everything was apart. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and had the car back running like it should. I've used them before for brakes and have had another good experience. I'll definitely be back for future service.

Brought my CRV in. From the moment I stepped foot to leaving SRT. Brandon, front desk and very effective team member for their company; was very direct and helpful with what was relayed and addressed the whole time. Office was clean their image is well set and their professional interest to have you as a client is very genuine. My car was inspected. Got my report and took a decision. Hi, I highly recommend these guy's. I have a chevrolet silverado 1500 and had some issues and they were able to fix them right away and got me back on the road. They recommended I use the budget car rental across the road and I received an amazing deal on a rental from Rene at Budget and didn't need the car rental for as long as I thought it would take for vehicle repairs to be completed. Thank you Brendan and Sal!!! You guys are amazing!!!

We took our truck to SRT because it was overheating. Turns out the water pump failed and caused the head gasket to fail as well. It turned into a big job very quickly. We had an extended warranty from the dealer where we bought the truck. Of course, they didn't want to honor the repairs under the warranty. Brendan from SRT went to bat for us! He handled all the back and forth correspondence, jumping through their hoops, and in the end got them to pay for 80% of the repair costs! We had had multiple vehicles in their care over the passed year and their service has been fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a car repairs! Thank you!

I highly recommend Santa Rosa Transmission! They’ve been taking great care of my car for a few years now and I will keep going back to them. And a special shout out to Brendan and the others scheduling, checking customers in and fielding questions for their helpful, cheerful attitude.

My car was fixed to the point of having half a new engine. I wish I knew what caused it but at the same time after being fixed my car has been driving like a dream. No acceleration issues, do vibrations when idle at stop lights, or taking on windy roads. I was borrowing an old Jaguar while my Hyundai was being worked on and now my car accelerates faster than the Jag. Sam did amazing work!

Had a hard vibration coming from the engine. Shook the whole car. I told them I thought it may be an engine mount. They did a inspection, charged a very high amount, then told me they found nothing wrong. I literally drove down the street and another place found the busted mount as soon as they popped the hood. No charge for that. I sent an email explaining this in hopes they would make it right. No response after multiple attempts. Labor cost is the highest in the city. Consider looking elsewhere.

Got my transmission done here and they allowed me to make payments. They kept me updated every step of the way. Will definitely bring my car back.

This place is the best. I have been having a hard time finding a good, reliable place to take my car. This is it. The people are extremely friendly and walk you through everything needed and explain why. Their communication is exceptional. I needed a new engine, cats and transmission in a 2018 vehicle and they got it done with no problem and surprisingly quick (I know it’s not an easy job). The shop is one of the most clean well maintained shops I have ever been in in my life. I’m sure I will never find anything that comes close. The owner Sam and his front man Brendan Have the best Customer Service I have ever encountered in an auto shop not only are they extremely friendly and personable, but made me feel like family and they were working on Family’s car. I Highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs. Their mechanics really know what they’re doing, and that is a breath of fresh air, especially being a female bringing in a vehicle. I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of by not knowing much about vehicles.

I couldn't recommend SRT Car Care enough. The team is attentive, professional and thorough. They even called me an uber to a restaurant where I was able to wait why they completed the service. Give them a shot, you won't regret it!
